2011-2012 Tuition and Fee Schedules

Application Fee

$30 for all new students. The Application Fee is a one-time fee assessed to each new student. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and is due at the time the application is submitted.

Enrollment Fee

$100 for Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. The Enrollment Fee is an annual fee assessed to each student. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and due after a child is accepted for admission. For the child to be placed on a class roll, the enrollment fee must be paid, all enrollment documents completed and submitted, and immunizations current.

Tuition Fee

$4,350.00 per year for Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Tuition may be divided into 10 monthly payments due August 1, 2011 through May 1, 2012. All tuition payments must be completed by May 10, 2012.

Multiple Child Discount

If a family is enrolling more than one student, tuition for the first child is the full amount ($4350.00); tuition for each subsequent child is 7% less than the full amount ($4,045.00)

Full Payment Discount

Full payment by August 1, 2011 tuition fee $3950.00

Early Tuition Deposit

Families who pay a $400 deposit by June 1, 2011, will only pay a total of $3,950.00 for tuition for the school year. The early deposit is non-refundable. The balance of $3,550.00 may be divided into 10 monthly payments beginning August 1, 2011 and ending May 1, 2012. Please note, this early deposit is a tuition payment only, and cannot be applied to either the application or enrollment fee.

Pre-Kindergarten

Two days a week - $200.00 per month

Three days a week - $300.00 per month

Five days a week - $435.00 per month

This tuition schedule is paid in full monthly regardless of the number of absences of the child, or holidays that occur during the month. Tuition is due and payable of the first of each month.

Financial Aid

Financial assistance is based on financial need. Families as asked to prayerfully and carefully consider their true need. A financial aid award given one year is not guaranteed for the following year. A family must apply each year. Application forms are available in the school office.

2012-2013 tuition fees will be posted in the Spring of 2012
